TEDx EastEnd 2014 Case Study

TEDxEastEnd 'Society Beyond Borders' celebrates the power of ideas to positively change the world. TEDxEastend believe that global mobility of people and ideas benefits society, that sharing knowledge and ideas across borders drives progress and that ideas empower people towards positive social impact.

We were asked to live stream the talks for TEDxEastend 2014 which we would then edit after the event and make available on the TEDx website. We were also asked to carry out interviews throughout the day with speakers and delegates which would then be combined with some of our live streaming footage to create a three minute promo.

After an initial recce day to test internet connection, we arrived early to set up for our multi-camera live streaming. With four cameras to film the talks and two roving cameras to get cutaways and interview delegates and speakers, we were raring to go!

The 2014 filming and live streaming was a great success, and the promo video helped promote TEDxEastEnd 2015 which was a sold out event and which we also filmed on January 24th of this year.

"I'm really lucky to have found Be Inspired Films - I would not have been able to film and livestream events without their expertise. We've worked together in a number of challenging venues and Ravinol and his team have always found solutions and been able to work within our budget as a non-profit. I can be sure that if Be Inspired is working on a project with me that we will create something amazing."
